The 1967 Chevrolet El Camino was a car featured in Fast X. It was driven by Jakob Toretto.
History
Build
Whilst Jakob Toretto was in hiding following the Activation of Project Aries, he built a hideout in Portugal, eventually sharing the location with Dominic Toretto where they chose to use it as a rendezvous point should the family ever be separated. During his time establishing the hideout, Jakob acquired a 1967 Chevrolet El Camino and began modifying it with canon launchers however he never completely finished building the car and so the canon launchers were not completely fool proof.
Fast X
After arriving in Portugal, the hideout was infiltrated by mercenary kill teams hired by Dante Reyes. Jakob and Little B fled in the El Camino and made use of the canon launchers to blow up the teams that pursued them. After evading the teams, they escaped onto a freeway where Dom was flown in and he then landed his car on the freeway to join them.
As they made their way to a service road to meet with Aimes so they could escape, Aimes told them they had to lose the teams following them. When Jakob's fuel line was shot, he realised the only way to help Dom and Little B escape would be to sacrifice himself and take out the kill teams in the process.
Jakob adjusted the positoning of the canon launchers and blew his car off the ground and into the cars of the mercenary kill teams, the impact blew up the car, destroying it and seemingly killing Jakob.
