A 1993 Freightliner FLA 86 64 T was tasked with picking up a Rodgers container carrying Panasonic TV's presumably from China. It was later hijacked by Dominic Toretto's Crew and presumably abandoned after being hijacked and stolen.
History[]
The Fast and the Furious[]
Prior to a hijacking, a Freightliner recently picked up a container carrying a truckload of Panasonic televisions at the Port of Long Beach. As it was about to leave, the port's dispatcher called a unidentified person on the phone that the truck has been loaded, and ordered him to look for "Rodgers" on its trailer so he won't forget the share of his deal. The truck began to leave after it picked up its cargo.
At night, the truck drove down the road carrying the electronics just as three black Honda Civics, led by Dom and his crew begun their hijacking mission. Taking evasive formation, one went in front, one went in the right, and the third took up the left. The lead Civic was driven by Dominic Toretto himself, with Vince riding it as a passenger as he begun to fire the grappling hook at the truck's windows to remove the glass, then another at the passengers seat to secure himself to the truck. The truck's driver begun to notice Vince trying to hijack the truck and attacked him with a baseball bat, though Vince was able to subdue the driver with a tranquilizer as the truck begun to spiral out of control. Vince, having stolen the truck, drove over a bridge that was closed for construction nearly running over the construction crew. One of the black Civic's driven by Letty went under the truck's trailer while the Civic driven by Leon went on the back of the truck. Letty then went back on the road as the crew begun to presumably head home for the night.
