Fast & Furious 6

After Dom reunites with Letty, Owen Shaw soon pulls up in an Aston Martin DB9. After Dom refuses his offer to leave London and Shaw's crew alone, Shaw gets back in the car and drives off.

Production

Aston Martin Lagonda Limited s a British manufacturer of luxury sports cars and grand tourers. Founded in 1913 by Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford; Aston Martin became associated with luxury grand touring cars in the 1950s and 1960s.

One of the most famous movie cars is the Aston Martin DB5 driven by Sean Connery as James Bond in the 1964 film Goldfinger.  Fifty years later, Deckard Shaw drives the latest incarnation of the DB line.  The DB9 has a 450 HP, 6.0 Liter V12 engine with a top speed of 186 mph.   

Trivia

• The Aston Martin is one of the car manufacturers of the James Bond 007 film series. It started with the DB5 Introduced in Goldfinger driven by Sean Connery.
• The DB9 was used for the car crash scene in Casino Royale instead of the DBS V12.
