Plot[]

Echo is hiding in a tree, but is unable to attack Ms. Nowhere, who declares she was almost beat by the young girl, and apologizes for how the situation will end.

Rafaela and Ms. Nowhere have the crew and Gary reunited. Gary pleads with her, but is not able to convince Rafaela, who asks her people to get rid of them. However, Frostee tells Rafaela that if she gets rid of them, she would never be able to stop the formula from exploding. She gives him 24 hours to work on it in order for them to live.

In order for him to neutralize the formula, Frostee asks Rafaela for 10,000 bananas. Rafaela also asks him for his necklace. Layla is anxious because she thinks Rafaela will kill them anyway when Frostee is finished. Echo sees an open window, and tells everyone she can fit through. Gary tells her if she can reach the hauler, which was stuck in quicksand, they would be able to bust them out. The teenagers were shocked when Gary told them it had quicksand wheels, which he had told them about before.

Echo escapes

Echo was able to escape from Ms. Nowhere by using a motorcycle.

As Echo exits the building, Tony calls his car so she is able to escape, but as she is waiting to receive the car, Ms. Nowhere exits the building and blows the car up. Chased by a motorcyclist, Echo is able to knock him out and board the motorcycle, but she is followed by Ms. Nowhere and other people. In the end, Echo is able to drive in the hauler's direction, and escapes by jumping from a cliff.

Rafaela mentions she is happy to leave Rio after she had almost been killed. However, she also says she is not executing her plan for revenge. She is asked what she thinks about people who have venerated her memory, but she refuses to let those people be called "her people," as he had only moved to Rio after her parents married.

Ms. Nowhere is still in search of Echo, who is hidden. Echo pays a man to radio Ms. Nowhere and tell her she was somewhere where she was not.

Layla asks how they all met, and Tony says he wrote a love poem in elementary school. After school, he was being bullied, because Cisco had drama club. When it looked like he was going to get into a fight, Echo knocked the bullies down and complimented his poem.

Ms Nowhere looks for Echo

Ms. Nowhere looked around the forest tirelessly for Echo.

Ms. Nowhere's men are complaining about how long they had been searching for Echo and argue no girl would venture the Amazons, but Ms. Nowhere believed otherwise. That is, until she realized the woods were also the perfect place to send an enemy. She asked who had radioed her, and soon realized Echo's trick.

Echo finally reaches the hauler, but triggers an alarm set up by Ms. Nowhere. Tired of running she tells Ms. Nowhere to go after her. Sending a drone, Ms. Nowhere finds Echo, who is able to shoot an arrow at the device. Afterwards, Ms. Nowhere tells her she will resume her attacks the next day.

Layla tells Tony not to worry about Echo, and the two talk. Tony blames himself for getting the team in trouble all the time, and also tells Layla that there were two reasons he had gone to Rio. One was her, and the other was to prove himself. Layla tried cheering him up, and tells him to have more faith in his family, which surprised Tony.

The next day, Layla is ready to face Ms. Nowhere. She attacks them with logs and different traps she set up overnight. Ms. Nowhere recognizes Echo had been reading her spy books, but tells the girl that an echo was only a bad copy of the original.

Echo traps Ms Nowhere

Echo was able to trap Ms. Nowhere until the effects of the formula had worn off.

Echo was able to get rid of all the people accompanying Ms. Nowhere, and looked at her from atop a tree. She left a bag of Paco empanada, which initially attracts Ms. Nowhere's attention, but she realizes it is a trap. Echo tries to ambush Ms. Nowhere, but is too slow and ends up being kicked by her boss. However, as she dragged herself across the floor, she managed to sink Ms. Nowhere into another trap. She reminded Ms. Nowhere that nothing relaxes the enemy more than success, which had allowed her to do that. Recognizing Ms. Nowhere had taught her everything she knew, she told her master she would wait until the mind control wore off, and also pointed out the student had now become the master.

However, Ms. Nowhere starts climbing out of the quicksand, mentioning she had not taught Echo everything she knew. As she climbed out, Echo knocked her out, and placed her back in quicksand. When Ms. Nowhere awoke, the mind control had worn off. Echo told her they must hurry, as the team would be executed in an hour.
