Barstow Speedway is a speedway in Barstow. The speedway hosts a demolition derby.
History[]
After serving three years in prison for harboring stolen cars, Roman Pearce was placed on house arrest and became a demolition derby driver, where he participated in demolition derbies and lived in a trailer home near the speedway.
Recruiting Roman Pearce[]
In 2004, former LAPD officer Brian O'Conner and FBI agent Bilkins visited Barstow Speedway to recruit Roman for an undercover assignment assigned by U.S. Customs to arrest drug lord Carter Verone. However, the meeting didn't start well as Roman angrily blamed Brian for his imprisonment, although Roman reluctantly agreed after Brian revealed that U.S. Customs would erase Roman's criminal records.
