Fast & Furious 6
Owen Shaw's Team targeted a military convoy in Berlin where the photo of Letty was taken. The evidence was later collected by Monica Fuentes and given to Luke Hobbs at the Diplomatic Security Service branch in Washington, D.C.
The Fate of the Furious
Luke was tasked with retrieving a stolen EMP from an outpost in Berlin. Together with Dom, Letty, Roman, Ramsey and Tej, they broke in with modified Dodge Chargers and escaped with the EMP. During their escape, Dom sideswiped Hobbs and stole the EMP to deliver to Cipher at an airbase where a plane lands for him before taking off again with police losing the pursuit. Furthermore, Hobbs was arrested and the crew took refuge at their hideout until they were found by Mr. Nobody.
