Agent Bilkins is an FBI Special Agent assigned to oversee the LAPD-FBI task force in charge of apprehending the leader of a street racing crew stealing millions in The Fast and the Furious and the arrest of Carter Verone in 2 Fast 2 Furious.
The Fast and the Furious
Agent Bilkins is supervising Brian's movement during his undercover operation regarding Dominic Toretto. He has clear doubts about Brian's ability to complete the operation and is frequently frustrated with him when he fails to produce results and incorrectly suspected Johnny Tran to be the culprit behind the robberies.
2 Fast 2 Furious
Agent Bilkins, now overseeing a U.S Customs-FBI operation recruits Brian to help him take down drug lord Carter Verone. He manages to convince Roman Pearce to help catch Verone in exchange for both Roman and Brian's criminal records being wiped clean. Bilkins is more trusting of Brian during this operation and supports him in spite of Agent Markham's severe doubts.
