Black Site Prison No.1, also known as Black Site A, is one of many off-the-grid prisons owned by the Agency. Located in Antarctica, it is virtually inaccessible to anyone unless they are given the exact location. The prison contains multiple impenetrable cells and a medical facility that consists of state of the art technology to support medical recovery.

Following an attack instigated by Dante Reyes, Cipher approaches the Toretto family for help and is then arrested by the Agency and taken to the black site prison where she recovers and is kept incarcerated. After Dante frames Dominic Toretto's Crew as terorrists following the Attack in Rome, Letty Ortiz was arrested and taken to the prison.
Tess discovered where she was being held and, on Dom's request, visited Letty where she gave Letty Dom's cross necklace and stabbed her so she would be transferred to the medical facility where Cipher was recovering. After waking up in the medical facility, Letty was annoyed to find out that Cipher was there too and after Cipher knocked out the guards using sleeping gas, the two had a scuffle and then agree to join forces to escape.
Letty and Cipher escapes through the ventilation system and into Antarctica where they start tredging, hoping to find a way to escape. As they cross a mountain, a submarine emerges from the ground below and a woman emerged watching them through binoculars. This woman was revealed to be Gisele Yashar, who was still alive following her presumed death during the Runway Chase.
