Dominic Toretto and Brian O'Conner raced through cliff ends in the Islands as they attempted to get to a hospital in time for the birth of Brian's son as Mia Toretto was in labour. When they arrived at the hospital, they were greeted by Elena Neves who translated for the nuns and lets Brian know that he is "just in time". Brian went into the hospital to be with Mia for the birth of their son, and Dom lets him know that the birth means their old life of crime is done.[1]
