The Conflict against Mose Jakande was a successful mission undertaken by Dominic Toretto's Crew to reclaim God's Eye and eliminate Mose Jakande and his mercenaries, as well as to take down Deckard Shaw after the supposed murder of Han Seoul-Oh in Tokyo.
Background
After being defeated by Jakande and Shaw in Abu Dhabi and having God's Eye stolen from them when they fled. Dominic Toretto and Brian O'Conner return to LA with the rest of their crew as they prepare for the war between them. Knowing that Jakande can use God's Eye to track them and kill Ramsey, under Cipher's orders, they agree to travel throughout the city in cars whilst also staying close to Jakande so Ramsey can hack into God's Eye and steal it back from them. Brian calls Mia Toretto and gives a precautionary goodbye and warns her to move on if she doesn't hear from him, however, she reveals to him that she is pregnant and he needs to come home to his kids. Dom returns to the remains of his house and to his garage, which luckily was undamaged, and unveils his 1970 Dodge Charger R/T that has since been repaired and ready for "one last ride". Deckard also prepares weapons and drives in his Aston Martin DB-S. Brian puts on his FBI vest, loads his gun and gets on his Nissan GT-R.
Conflict
As Jakande and his men arrive in a Helicopter, they use God's Eye to track Ramsey's location, where she is travelling with Brian in his Nissan GT-R. Jakande sends a drone after them which blows up his car but is able to swap Ramsey into Roman Pearce and Tej Parker's car before this happens, all while being pursued by LAPD forces believing that they are speeding though the cops are also killed by the drone. As Ramsey hacks into God's Eye, Dom lures Shaw to a parking garage where they have a "street fight" using pieces of metal and debris from their destroyed cars.
As the fight lingers on, and Jakande and his men destroy more of the city, as well as a cell tower that is hosting the signal for Ramsey's hack, Luke Hobbs becomes aware of the issue and steals a hospital ambulance to go and fight with his team. Ramsey is transported to Letty Ortiz's 1970 Plymouth Barracuda and Roman and Tej escape on foot. Brian attempts to reach another cell tower where he can initiate Ramsey's attack again but is delayed by Kiet and his men. The drone chases Letty and Ramsey and partially damages it but as it locks on, Hobbs arrives in the stolen ambulance and is able to destroy the drone trying to kill them while Brian is able to eliminate Kiet and his men and flips the repeater on the cell tower allowing Ramsey to take control of God's Eye again.
With nothing left but to stop Toretto, presumably under Cipher's orders, Jakande and his men blow up the parking garage that he and Shaw are fighting on, ending their alliance with Shaw. Dom, telling Shaw that the "street always wins", stomps on the garage floor as the missile hits, resulting Deckard falling to the ground unconscious. Hobbs is able to cause a diversion by firing his gatling gun on the armored stealth helicopter and Dom uses this as a chance to flee the parking garage. He uses the nitrous system and is able to lift himself to the helicopter and place a bag of grenades on it. When Hobbs shoots the bag, the helicopter blows up, ending Jakande's reign of terror.
Dom is unconscious in his car and believed to be dead, however, Letty gets her memory back and remembers that they were married, to which Dom exclaims "it's about time", revealing that he is alive.
Aftermath
With the reign of terror now over and Jakande dead, Hobbs arrests Shaw and locks him in a CIA Black Site with little chance of escape. The crew gather on a beach to celebrate completing the job, and with Brian's final job now finished, he retires from the crew and moves on to be with his family.
Having now destroyed two of her teams, both Jakande and Owen Shaw, Cipher turns her sights directly onto Dom. She kidnaps Elena Neves and her newborn son Brian Marcos and uses them as leverage for Dom to work with her and betray his family.
