Fast & Furious: Spy Racers is a children's computer animated series based on the film series of the same name. The series, featured on Netflix, premiered on December 26, 2019. The series is executive produced by Tim Hedrick, Bret Haaland, Vin Diesel, Neal H. Moritz, and Chris Morgan and stars Tyler Posey as Tony Toretto, Charlet Chung as Echo, Jorge Diaz as Cisco Renaldo, Camille Ramsey as Layla Gray, and Luke Youngblood as Frostee Benson. The show's first season premiered on December 26, 2019. The show's second season received a global October 9, 2020 release on Netflix. The show's third season premiered on December 26, 2020. The show's fourth season premiered on April 16, 2021. The show's fifth season premiered on August 13, 2021. The show’s sixth and final season is titled Homecoming and the series finale premiered on December 17, 2021.
Synopsis[]
Tony Toretto, Dominic Toretto's cousin, is recruited by a government agency together with his friends to infiltrate an elite racing league serving as a front for a crime organization called SH1FT3R that is bent on world domination.[1]

Production[]
On April 23, 2018, Netflix announced that a series order had been given to an animated series based on The Fast and the Furious. Executive producers are set to include Tim Hedrick, Bret Haaland, Vin Diesel, Neal Moritz, and Chris Morgan. Hedrick and Haaland are also expected to act as showrunners.[2] DreamWorks Animation will produce the series as part of a larger deal with parent company NBCUniversal to produce animated series based on Universal Pictures film properties.[3][4][5][6][7]
Video Game[]
On May 2021, DreamWorks and Universal announced that a game based on the Netflix series titled Fast & Furious Spy Racers: Rise of SH1FT3R was in develompemnt by 3D Clouds and published by Outright Games, who also publish various games based on works like DreamWorks such as Spirit: Lucky's Big Adventure. It was published in November 5, 2021. The game tells an original story separate from the series and has 17 tracks based in locations from the series, including Los Angeles, Rio de Janeiro, the Sahara Desert, and the South Pacific. On April 22, 2022, a DLC pack titled Arctic Challenge was released, adding 4 tracks based on Alaska, alongside 4 new vehicles and 2 new racers.
