An International 4000-Series Ambulance was used by Luke Hobbs when he decides to help Dominic Toretto and his crew from stopping Deckard Shaw and Mose Jakande after recovering from his injuries.

When Hobbs realized that Dominic Toretto and his team are in trouble, as well as witnessing a radio tower being destroyed by Mose Jakande, he decided to help them by stealing an ambulance from the hospital he was recovering at. Dodging incoming traffic, Hobbs was able to save Letty Ortiz and Ramsey in time by crashing the ambulance into Jakande's drone that was chasing them.
