After performing a drive-by on Dominic Toretto's house, killing Jesse, Tran and his cousin Lance are pursued by Dominic Toretto in his 1970 Dodge Charger R/T and Brian O'Conner in his 1994 Toyota Supra MK IV. After chasing the CR250 for a while, Brian then chases Tran in the CR250. As Tran tries to escape in a nearby tunnel, Brian stops the car, pulls out his gun, and shoots Tran, killing him as he slides down a nearby sidewalk in the tunnel.
The current status and whereabouts of the bike are unknown.
