The Mazda RX-8 is a car in The Fast and the Furious films.
Biography[]
The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift[]
Neela drives a 2004 Mazda RX-8 while drifting with a few other cars on a mountain near Tokyo. It is light blue with a shade of dark blue and black along with some stripe vinyls on the back end and on the hood. It has a VeilSide Bodykit. This car is also seen at the ending where Dominic Toretto and Sean Boswell race against each other. There was also a stock RX-8 that crashed into Morimoto's 350Z.
Fast & Furious[]
An RX-8 is seen pursuing Dominic Toretto while he is chasing Fenix Calderon in the tunnels back to the US side of the US-Mexico Border. It disappeared after Dom broke through the rocks blocking the exit when the tunnel was caving in. This car and the 1983 Chevrolet El Camino were destroyed by falling rocks close to the tunnel's exit during the chase. It appears to have an Extreme Dimensions Duraflex M-1 Speed Bodykit with an M-1 Carbon Fiber Spoiler.
Trivia[]
- The RX-8 can be seen in some renders with some 9 spoke AVUS rims, despite the car actually using RAYS Volk Racing GT-AV.
