Portugal, officially the Portuguese Republic, is a country located on the Iberian Peninsula in southwestern Europe, bordering Spain. Its capital and largest city is Lisbon.
History[]
Early History[]
During the European colonization of the Americas, Portuguese explorers made contact with the indigenous populations and exchanged weapons and forms of culture. This would result in the Portuguese having a massive impact on what would become Brazil after the nation became highly reliant on Portuguese culture and language.
Fast X[]
After Jakob Toretto was tasked to protect Brian Marcos in the wake of Dante's revenge spree, Jakob took Little B to his hideout in Portugal to rendezvous with Dominic Toretto. However, Dante gained God's Eye and tracked the two down to Portugal. Using his amassed army of mercenaries and bounty hunters, he tasked them to capture the Jakob and Little B. As the two were pursued on a highway, Dominic eventually arrived in a plane piloted by Aimes and drove his car out to join the chase. Despite being able to take out many of their pursuers, Little B was captured by Dante. Seeing that his fuel line was damaged, Jakob sacrificed himself to clear a way for Dominic and rescue Little B.
After Dom took out his remaining pursuers and rescued Little B, they were cornered at a dam by two remote-controlled gas tankers. As Dante gloated that Dominic's escape wouldn't be easy, Roman Pearce, Tej Parker, Han Lue, and Ramsey arrived on cue to save them. However, the plane containing them was shot down by Aimes, who revealed himself as a double agent working for Dante since a partnership formed by Dante's father, Hernan Reyes a decade prior, leaving their fates uncertain.
As Dante remotely drove the tankers to collide with Dom and Little B, Dom moved his car down the dam in the nick of time and narrowly escaped the explosion. However, Dante anticipated this and revealed he had the dam rigged with explosives before arming them. As the two braced themselves, the fates of Dom and Little B were left uncertain.
