- In a deleted scene, Reiko is seen driving a silver 2006 Volkswagen Golf R32. She is friends and fellow teammates with Sean Boswell, Twinkie and Earl. She gets Sean's attention when Twinkie is in a fight. She helps the crew rebuild the car after Han's supposed death.
- Reiko is one of the few characters who speaks no English throughout the franchise, having only one known line in Tokyo Drift that she speaks in Japanese: "'Cause the way you drive is wrong."
