"A bet?"
"Yeah, there's some money in it for the winner but it's mostly just for pride. I bet Scadan that he and his crew couldn't transport a trailer full of Yoka Spirit Water from Canada to the Mexican border in less than 24 hours. We were planning on stopping them ourselves, but if you keep that Yoka out of Mexico, you're in SH1FT3R. Of course, they know we might mess with them, so they have some "security measures.""

Scadan is the leader of his own crew and was responsible for driving a trailer full of Yoka Spirit Water from Canada through the United States all the way to the Mexican border in less than 24 hours. He had a bet with SH1FT3R's Shashi Dhar on whether he could successfully complete the task, with money being involved. However, pride was more important than money for the two, and Scadan prepared defensive countermeasures, anticipating Shashi's interference.

Rather than deal with him directly, Shashi outsourced the disruption to Tony Toretto and his crew. Scadan and his right-hand man Muscles attempted to defend his cargo but were unsuccessful as the cargo was stolen by Tony Toretto's crew.

"Perfect! That daft stole our rig. Now we'll steal his. He'll be whopper bawling before it's all through."

Scadan and Muscles were invited by SH1FT3R to participate in their race at a ghost town. Before the race, Scadan and Muscles were sparring with one another, dodging each other's blows. Scadan then notices Tony Toretto and his Tony Toretto's Crew and became angered at their presence; in response, Tony asked crewmate Frostee Benson to give him a can of the Yoka he had stolen, much to Scadan's ire, which caused Scadan to punch Muscles.

While participating in the race, Scadan informed Muscles to keep an eye out on Tony's hauler. After Frostee and Cisco Renaldo left Echo alone in the hauler, Muscles relayed the update to Scadan, who decided to steal Toretto's hauler in revenge for the Yoka heist. Muscles attempted to follow through with Scadan's wishes but was swiftly beaten and ejected from the hauler by Echo. In the aftermath of the race, Scadan attempted to provoke Tony, who once again responded by merely taking a swig from a can of Yoka.

The Celestial Vault

Scadan participated in the SH1FT3R race hosted by Shashi Dhar that took place on Delwyn Usk's mountain. Despite being the leader of a rival crew, after the race, he personally helped Shashi steal one of Usk's rockets and facilitated his escape from federal agents.
