Biography[]
Prior to Born a Toretto[]
Echo states that the last time she saw Uncle Tuco, she was 13 and he let her drive on the freeway. Frostee for his part says the last time he saw Tuco, he was still in elementary school.
Chasing Phantoms[]
He surprises his nephew and the rest of Tony Toretto's Crew during visit to Los Angeles. In talking with Cisco,Tuco tells his nephew that he once took a cannonball to the old six-pack himself. As a result, he spent a month in the hospital afterwards, but admits it was totally worth it.
Eventually, Layla Gray realizes Tuco knows that she and the rest of the crew are spies, but everyone else is seemingly okay with it. Frostee even explains that Cisco tells his uncle everything, and Echo follows that by saying how it's better than having Cisco post about what they do as spies online. Tony finishes by saying that Tuco is family, and that they can trust him.
Since Frostee can't go to Ms. Nowhere’s party because he has to babysit Sissy, the gang has an extra ticket, and they invite Tuco to tag along. At the party, he and Cisco marvel at a self-destructing marshmallow.
While Mrs. Nowhere and the rest of her team of his spies gather for some video tributes in her honor, Tuco admits to Gary he needs to use the restroom. Gary tells Tuco he can take him there, and the two men leave.
