Twinkie is Sean Boswell's first and best friend that he meets in Tokyo. He takes and introduces him to the world of drifting, where Sean wrecks Han's favorite car, a Nissan Silvia S15. He is a member of Han's crew who helps Sean in the movie. He is a mechanic more than a street racer and also sells hustled goods.

Biography

Early Life

Not much is known about Twinkie's previous life other than the fact that his parents are in the army which causes his to move around a lot and he spends a lot of time on his own. At some point he ended up in Tokyo where he moved into Han Seoul-Oh's garage and began selling stolen goods to make a living for himself.

The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift

Sean first meets Twinkie in the school cafeteria, as Twinkie tries to get Sean to buy some hustled goods. Twinkie then leads Sean to the secret world of racing in Tokyo, showing him his car to begin with.

Twinkie remains a steadfast friend of Sean's, introducing him to life in Tokyo as well as having his back in many situations. After Han's death, Twinkie gives his own secret stash of cash to Sean, in order for him to pay back Han's debts to the Yakuza.

A few days after Han's death and the mountain race, Dominic Toretto arrives in Tokyo. Dom asks to race the new DK, and Twinkie tells Sean that a street racer who has been beating people all over Asia now wants to race him, and tells Sean that not only did Dom know Han, but that Han was family.

Furious 7

Twinkie reappears in Furious 7 via archived footage of Tokyo Drift, specifically the scene where he tells Sean that someone (Dominic Toretto) wants to race him. However, the part about Dominic beating people around Asia is omitted, as the timeline of when Tokyo Drift takes place had been altered, and Dom's visit to Tokyo (his first trip to Asia) was not for street racing, but to bring Han's remains back to Los Angeles.
